From the hallway, three bedrooms are accessible, with the master bedroom featuring its own washbasin. The cosy living room has large windows at the front and side, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. The open kitchen is connected to the living room via the dining area and is equipped with a practical L-shaped kitchen unit with various built-in appliances.

Thanks to the garden surrounding the house, you can enjoy the sun all day long or find a spot in the shade. The terrace on the side invites you to sit outside as early as spring. In front of the garage, there is a private driveway with parking space.
